Your order will be regarded as a return if you cancel it after it has already been processed. For more details, please see the section below about returns. Please note that; we do not offer any refunds money..only you can return and exchange the items within 7 days.
You may return and exchange the product(s) to us either:
• by courier: You can request a return, free of charge, via our Customer Service will arrange for a free pick up via our partner courier service. Inside United Arab Emirates only.
• by visiting the “ALREEM DESIGN BOUTIQUE” store across the United Arab Emirates this option is only valid in the United Arab Emirates. All products must be returned to us unused and with all tags, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, when you place your order for delivery within the United Arab Emirates.
• There is no any return policies outside United Arab Emirates.
• We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
• Note that; Perfumes, headband, Cosmetics, cannot be returned
• Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
• Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you to exchange the items or save the money for other purchase
• You can only exchange the product if you require different size, color or any item from our website.
